About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with a systems view across the three pillars of Technology Governance: ITSM, Security Governance and Financial Planning.
Design and evolve processes and the area's operating model, balancing control, efficiency and speed.
Build and monitor critical metrics and OKRs, translating data into clear, actionable executive reports.
Use AI intensively to accelerate process reviews, automate reports and expand the team's analytical capacity.
Exert cross-functional influence and follow-up with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with agreements and governance standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical profile with critical thinking and a systems view of technology processes.
Experience in process design and operating model definition in IT Governance, PMO or related areas.
Experience building and managing metrics and OKRs.
Ability to communicate and produce executive reports, synthesizing complexity for leadership.
Ability to engage, integrate and hold areas accountable even without direct hierarchical authority.
Familiarity with the use of AI applied to productivity and governance.
Differential: experience with ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, FinOps/TBM or IT financial management.
