Senior Management and Monitoring Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze vehicle availability and identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor and analyze failure/breakdown data and propose corrective and preventive actions
- Track and control maintenance costs, seeking resource optimization
- Create dashboards and management reports to support decision-making
- Work on standardizing PCM (maintenance planning and control) processes and routines
- Identify trends and opportunities through analysis of historical data
- Support the development of preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Ensure the quality and reliability of information in systems
- Interact with different departments to drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree
- Solid experience in PCM / maintenance
- Experience with data analysis and performance indicators
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
- Experience in maintenance performance management
