About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the structured monitoring of marketing operation metrics (daily, weekly, and monthly), ensuring critical, integrated, and actionable interpretation of performance.
- Identify result drivers, deviations, and opportunities through in-depth analyses, proposing recommendations with direct business impact.
- Build and evolve dashboards, reports, and executive materials based on datasets provided by the BI/BA team, focusing on interpretation and insight generation.
- Conduct integrated analyses across different business levers (product, media, CRM, pricing, channels), ensuring a holistic view of performance.
- Perform customer behavior analyses, segmentations, and persona development, identifying usage patterns, consumption profiles, journeys, and opportunities throughout the funnel.
- Generate insights from customer data (acquisition, retention/recurrence, churn, LTV, engagement), supporting product, communication, and commercial strategy decisions.
- Lead the area’s testing and experimentation agenda, supporting hypothesis definition, test design, and success criteria.
- Measure and analyze results of tests and initiatives, identifying impact, learnings, and recommendations for scaling or course correction.
- Serve as the analytical reference for the area, defining analysis standards, KPI interpretation, and executive storytelling.
- Influence squad and leadership prioritization based on evidence, contributing to short-, medium-, and long-term decisions.
- Act as an interface with the BI/BA team, ensuring alignment of analytical needs, data quality, and evolution of data sources, without responsibility for modeling, engineering, or pipeline construction.
- Support and challenge leadership with strategic analyses that drive product evolution, opportunity capture, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree.
- Solid experience in data analysis and business metrics (funnel, conversion, revenue, cohort analysis, channels).
- Proficiency with analysis and visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar) and SQL.
- Experience building dashboards and executive reports with decision-oriented storytelling.
- Ability to conduct exploratory and cause-and-effect analyses, identifying performance drivers.
- Experience defining metrics, KPIs, impact measurement, and testing/experimentation.
- Advanced analytical thinking, business acumen, and focus on impact.
- Executive communication skills and the ability to influence decisions through data.
- Autonomy, critical thinking, prioritization, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
