Key responsibilities & impact

Investigate and resolve issues related to fraud, theft and robbery.
Perform diagnostics based on dispersed information, connecting data and contexts from different areas.
Identify root causes and propose practical, sustainable and scalable solutions.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative business analyses on large volumes of data, turning information into actionable insights to support strategic discussions, performance evaluations, initiative prioritization and value capture.
Work cross-functionally, coordinating alignments and follow-ups with various departments across the company.
Propose, implement and monitor improvements to processes and workflows, ensuring effectiveness and measurement of results.
Manage cases end-to-end, monitoring outcomes and adjusting actions when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed.
Solid experience in data analysis, business analytics, performance or business intelligence.
Professional background focused on solving business problems, dealing with scenarios that require investigation and decision-making.
Ability to structure business problems and translate them into objective analyses and practical actions.
Experience interacting across functions, driving alignments and follow-ups with autonomy and proactivity.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis and visualization tools (for example, Power BI).
Familiarity with using artificial intelligence tools for productivity, analysis and management support.
Experience with data-driven transformation, efficiency or continuous improvement projects.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
