About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and analyze the segment's key indicators, ensuring consistency and data quality
Build dashboards and management views to support results monitoring and decision-making
Analyze performance metrics, identifying deviations, trends and opportunities
Support the sales team and Localiza's executive management with structured analyses and executive presentations
Translate data into clear, concise and actionable information for different internal audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
Knowledge of and familiarity with data analysis
Strong logical reasoning
Strong critical and analytical thinking
Proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems
Advanced Excel (required), including ODBC connections, advanced formulas and pivot tables
SQL knowledge for data extraction, processing and analysis (plus)
Python knowledge for data manipulation and automation after extraction (plus)
Previous experience in BI, FP&A or controllership (plus)
