About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect and analyze data related to existing business processes, including performance data, metrics and process flowcharts.
Monitor and maintain the area's KPIs, analyzing historical data to identify potential process deviations and additional improvement opportunities.
Propose improvements and optimizations to operational and analytical processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, minimizing manual errors, and increasing accuracy in operations.
Develop automations using tools such as Power Automate, Python, C#.NET, SAP Script, VBA macros, Pipefy, Power Apps, and other technology platforms.
Collaborate with partner teams to gather requirements and understand processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed; degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills preferred.
