About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly to accelerate the sales performance of car rental branches, using data, analysis and diagnostics to drive measurable changes in results;
  • Design, test and evolve the sales journey, not only from a process perspective but with a focus on commercial effectiveness, conversion and revenue generation;
  • Critically analyze sales KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, opportunities and performance deviations, and translate analyses into practical actions that impact targets and revenue;
  • Challenge the commercial team and leadership, questioning current models and suggesting strategic adjustments, campaigns and approaches based on data and field insights;
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of sales campaigns, proposing tests, pilots and continuous improvements with a business-oriented mindset and willingness to take calculated risks;
  • Stay close to the branches by conducting visits to diagnose issues, validate hypotheses, test solutions and monitor results;
  • Develop training and guidance materials (trainings, SOPs, instructions) without overburdening operations, ensuring standardization focused on performance — not bureaucracy;
  • Serve as a bridge between data, process and results, adopting a hands-on, proactive and impact-oriented attitude.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
  • Proven experience in sales or commercial areas, working closely with field teams, targets and performance indicators;
  • Strong analytical skills applied to the business — using data as a tool for decision-making and action, not just reporting;
  • Experience analyzing commercial performance, metrics, funnel, conversion and profitability;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI;
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • Experience designing and evolving processes, preferably in dynamic, growth-oriented environments;
  • Familiarity with Kaizen, Lean and PDCA methodologies;
  • Driven, inquisitive and growth-oriented profile, with the energy to provoke change and accelerate results;
  • Availability to travel.
