Junior Talent Attraction and Recruitment Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end attraction and recruitment processes;
- Delight candidates with an efficient, personalized recruitment experience;
- Act as a business consultant, collaborating with teams and leaders to understand hiring needs and support them throughout the process;
- Conduct passive recruitment (funnel) and proactive sourcing;
- Use data and metrics to measure the success of the recruitment process, SLAs, and client satisfaction;
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity to propose recruitment strategies and solutions based on metrics;
- Provide feedback to all candidates who dedicated time to participate in the selection process — this is essential!
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Availability to work a hybrid schedule (in-office on Mondays and Tuesdays; remote Wednesday to Friday)
- Solid experience in high-volume attraction and recruitment
