About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and evolve the customer journey at Zarp, focusing on understanding behavior and improving the experience throughout the journey
Generate actionable insights from data and user behavior analysis, identifying opportunities to improve the product
Run A/B tests and experiments, evaluating hypotheses and measuring impacts on the platform's experience and usage
Independently structure analyses, connecting data to decision-making
Work closely with the business, translating drivers' needs into improvement opportunities
Partner with teams such as Marketing, Product, and Performance to implement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Advanced Excel
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
Experience with customer journey, CX, or user behavior analysis
Ability to work autonomously, investigating issues and proposing solutions with a product and business mindset
Focus on generating insights and improving experience; this role is not primarily focused on retention
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
