Key responsibilities & impact

Actively work to improve branch performance by identifying result levers and translating data into concrete actions
Structure analyses and models that support strategic management of operations, providing clarity on performance, opportunities, and risks
Develop and refine methodologies, KPIs and tools that make performance management more efficient and scalable
Work with large volumes of data to generate relevant insights that support decision-making at different levels of the organization
Contribute to defining and reviewing targets analytically, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Support and influence executive forums through clear, consistent, and action-oriented materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields, with emphasis on data analysis
Analytical profile with strong ability to turn data into strategic insights and practical recommendations
Genuine interest in understanding the business and working close to operations, with a critical mindset and sense of ownership
Experience in data analysis, building KPIs and monitoring performance
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to communicate analyses clearly and in a structured way
Experience with Power BI and SQL for data exploration and visualization
Ability to navigate dynamic environments, interact with multiple areas and influence decisions based on data
Comfortable interacting with leadership and participating in executive-level discussions
