About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for consolidating, analyzing and providing the company's management information, ensuring data quality, standardization and clarity, supporting managers and leaders in performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Support the development of dashboards for visualization and tracking of metrics according to business needs;
- Consolidate data from different areas to compute KPIs and build management reports;
- Monitor the organization's operational, financial and strategic KPIs, ensuring the quality, consistency, integrity and governance of reported information;
- Support the cascade and recording of employees' individual goals;
- Assist business areas in interpreting indicators and results;
- Automate data collection and consolidation processes;
- Ensure alignment between reported figures and official data sources.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of databases and information consolidation processes
- Advanced Excel (handling large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.)
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development and optimization)
- SQL (queries, data extraction and transformation)
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI
