Senior People Projects Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and ensure the execution of culture initiatives and organizational projects, ensuring deadlines, accountable owners, and delivery cadence
- Design a Culture Development Journey for leaders and individual contributors
- Serve as a support point for tracking and guiding projects, with a focus on influencing and coordinating across different areas and leadership
- Support the structuring and monitoring of initiatives related to international operations (Franchises and Mexico)
- Contribute to strengthening the methodological rigor of the area’s initiatives, supporting the rationale and sustainment of strategic projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Previous experience in project management and project tracking
- Experience or familiarity with organizational topics, culture, development and/or change management
- Ability to influence, strong organizational skills and systems thinking
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical profile with a process-oriented mindset
- Practical experience with Change Management or involvement in change management projects (a plus)
- Experience applying Lean to HR, using methodologies such as PDCA and Kaizen (a plus)
