About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Extract, process, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources (systems, spreadsheets, internal and external databases).
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports to monitor commercial, operational, and customer experience KPIs.
Identify bottlenecks, deviations, and opportunities through data analysis, proposing corrective actions and improvement plans.
Lead projects and improvement initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and monitoring of results.
Investigate customer-reported issues, using data to identify root causes and support solution definition.
Support partner areas with ad hoc analyses, studies, and executive materials to support decision-making.
Ensure the quality, reliability, and governance of data used in analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
Previous experience in business/commercial data analysis.
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, formulas).
Experience building dashboards in Power BI (or similar tools).
Knowledge of data extraction and processing (SQL is a plus).
Experience leading projects, process improvements, or corrective actions.
Analytical and organized profile, with good communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
