Senior Process and Quality Analyst
Localiza&CoAnalyst responsible for structuring and improving service processes at Localiza&Co. Ensuring operational efficiency and quality through data-driven decision-making and cross-department collaboration.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take a leading role in structuring, mapping and redesigning operational and customer-service processes, ensuring standardization, efficiency and quality across Zarp's operations.
- Develop, review and maintain operational documentation (SOPs, flowcharts, manuals and guides), ensuring clarity, applicability and alignment with branch realities.
- Ensure operational standardization and excellence across units (branches and pitstops), conducting field visits, process audits and monitoring adherence to defined standards.
- Plan, execute and monitor tests, pilots and validations of new processes, tools and features, ensuring readiness before rollout.
- Act as a bridge between operations and corporate areas (IT, Marketing, Sales, among others), ensuring alignment between field demands and strategic initiatives.
- Define, track and analyze operational and quality indicators (KPIs), using data to identify deviations, opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analyses and lead corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring continuous process improvement.
- Conduct internal process audits, report findings and follow up on implementation of improvement plans with involved areas.
- Train and develop operational teams through training sessions, workshops and support during implementation of new processes and standards.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, encouraging team participation, empathetic change management and adherence to defined processes.
- Maintain a strong interface with branches, exerting influence and balancing the enforcement of standards with operational understanding.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong experience in process mapping, design and continuous improvement.
- Experience with performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis and operational quality management.
- Experience preparing operational documentation (SOPs, workflows, manuals).
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, etc.).
- Analytical ability, structured thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence different audiences (especially operations and branches).
- Hands-on profile, with autonomy, ownership mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
- Empathy and the ability to drive change and engage operational teams.
