About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, analyze and provide data for the fines area, transforming information into insights to support decision-making;
- Prepare, deliver and present area indicators and reports to leadership and management;
- Increase team productivity through automations and process improvements;
- Implement controls and actions that contribute to reducing financial losses;
- Identify the root cause of customer contacts related to fines across service channels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of SQL (data extraction and manipulation), Power BI (dashboard development) and Python (data analysis and automation)
- Automation tools (RPA, scripts, workflows)
- Knowledge of AWS and Accounting is a plus.
