About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the structuring, monitoring and execution of the company’s strategic and special projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making, identify opportunities and mitigate project risks;
- Build and track schedules, action plans, KPIs and status reports, ensuring visibility into the progress of initiatives;
- Work collaboratively with different company areas, promoting stakeholder alignment and supporting the roll-out of deliverables;
- Prepare executive materials, presentations and recommendations for monitoring forums and decision-making;
- Map processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of initiatives;
- Support prioritization of demands and the monitoring of results, ensuring consistency between planning, execution and business impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Use artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity, support analyses, organize information and generate insights for projects;
- Experience in project management and monitoring;
- Analytical skills for data handling and building diagnoses;
- Experience preparing executive presentations and management reports;
- Good communication, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
- Proactive, curious profile with an interest in learning, exploring new approaches and seeking solutions in a structured way;
- Experience in managing strategic projects, transformation or continuous improvement initiatives;
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or other data analysis tools;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile frameworks;
- Experience building and tracking KPIs;
- Experience in a corporate environment interacting with business areas and executive teams;
- Knowledge of financial modeling and initiative viability assessment.
