About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in vehicle rental demand planning, supporting the development, review and official release of forecasts, ensuring alignment between projected demand, available fleet, and commercial initiatives.
Produce demand forecasts for vehicle rentals at various levels of granularity (branch, segment, car group, and day), focusing on short- and medium-term horizons.
Critically evaluate and adjust demand models by analyzing errors, deviations, and behavioral patterns.
Be responsible for the official dissemination of demand forecasts, ensuring consistency and clarity of information for stakeholder teams.
Analyze seasonality, calendar effects, holidays and events to support demand adjustments and explanations.
Work on aligning forecasted demand with available fleet, supporting supply-demand balancing decisions.
Prepare analyses to measure the impact of campaigns, product changes, and market conditions.
Collaborate closely with Product, Pricing and partner teams, providing analyses and input for planning.
Build and maintain reports, databases and dashboards to monitor demand and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields).
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and challenge results.
Strong communication skills for interacting with partner teams and explaining technical analyses.
Intermediate/advanced Excel.
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Previous experience in demand planning, data analysis, or related areas.
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as R or Python is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) is a plus.
