About the role

  • Extract, organize, clean and validate data from different sources.
  • Analyze and monitor Customer Experience (CX) metrics.
  • Build and update reports, dashboards and presentations.
  • Analyze and track customer journey metrics, helping identify friction points and opportunities to improve the experience.
  • Support the preparation of customer communications.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, report automation and the standardization of CX metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields).
  • Genuine interest in data, customer experience and problem solving.
  • Knowledge of Excel (intermediate).
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
  • Good communication skills to turn data into clear, actionable information.
  • Organized, curious and eager to learn.
  • Initial or academic experience with:
  • - Data analysis
  • - Performance indicators
  • - Customer Experience or customer service
  • Familiarity with:
  • - Power BI or data visualization tools
  • - SQL or databases
  • Experience with satisfaction surveys, NPS or analysis of customer feedback.
  • Knowledge or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools.
  • Previous internship experience or academic projects involving data will be considered a plus.
