About the role
- Extract, organize, clean and validate data from different sources.
- Analyze and monitor Customer Experience (CX) metrics.
- Build and update reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Analyze and track customer journey metrics, helping identify friction points and opportunities to improve the experience.
- Support the preparation of customer communications.
- Support continuous improvement projects, report automation and the standardization of CX metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields).
- Genuine interest in data, customer experience and problem solving.
- Knowledge of Excel (intermediate).
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
- Good communication skills to turn data into clear, actionable information.
- Organized, curious and eager to learn.
- Initial or academic experience with:
- - Data analysis
- - Performance indicators
- - Customer Experience or customer service
- Familiarity with:
- - Power BI or data visualization tools
- - SQL or databases
- Experience with satisfaction surveys, NPS or analysis of customer feedback.
- Knowledge or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Previous internship experience or academic projects involving data will be considered a plus.
