About the role
- Responsible for monitoring and supporting the execution of projects focused on the expansion and adaptation of Pit Stops (maintenance centers) across the country;
- Work on adaptation requests involving structural elements, accelerating deliveries and maintaining consistent standards across units;
- Implement signage solutions and initiatives to improve customer experience;
- Support the preparation of our Pit Stop standards manual, facilitating and ensuring detail compliance in construction carried out by external contractors and contributing to the consistency and quality of deliveries;
- Contribute ideas for improvements and cost reductions based on lessons learned from completed works.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
- Experience in project management;
- Availability to travel;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
