About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for monitoring and supporting the execution of projects focused on the expansion and adaptation of Pit Stops (maintenance centers) across the country;
Work on adaptation requests involving structural elements, accelerating deliveries and maintaining consistent standards across units;
Implement signage solutions and initiatives to improve customer experience;
Support the preparation of our Pit Stop standards manual, facilitating and ensuring detail compliance in construction carried out by external contractors and contributing to the consistency and quality of deliveries;
Contribute ideas for improvements and cost reductions based on lessons learned from completed works.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
Experience in project management;
Availability to travel;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
