About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the commercial area in monitoring and renewing the client portfolio
Analyze commercial results and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide operational support to the sales team with operational tasks, proposals and client account setups
Monitor commercial processes from prospecting through to closing
Contribute to the standardization and improvement of commercial processes
Support commercial management with presentations, analyses and studies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields)
Previous experience in commercial/sales, commercial intelligence or business areas
Knowledge of commercial KPIs
Proficient in Excel
Experience with BI tools
Good communication and strong analytical skills
Organized, proactive and able to prioritize
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot or similar)
Experience with B2B
Experience preparing commercial proposals and performing pricing analyses
SAP
