About the role

  • Ensure the centralization and quality of customer master data, acting strategically in data governance.
  • Conduct analyses, cleansing, and registration validations on large-volume databases.
  • Design and implement audits, monitoring, and quality controls for customer records.
  • Develop automation solutions and apply Artificial Intelligence for validation and updating of customer records.
  • Monitor and proactively address NFSe (electronic service invoice) issuance errors related to customer data issues.
  • Create rapid action plans to correct inconsistencies that impact billing.
  • Provide guidance to registration assistants and business areas on customer data and tax-related matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the efficiency, productivity, and performance of registration processes.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Solid experience structuring, cross-referencing, and validating data in large datasets.
  • Experience integrating data from internal sources and official channels (e.g., Serasa, Serpro, and government portals).
  • Familiarity with cloud data environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with, or interest in, applying Artificial Intelligence to data solutions.
  • Analytical, organized profile with a systemic perspective and the ability to operate in complex environments.
