About the role
- Manage and ensure the integrity of the Directorate's acquisition databases;
- Implement technological improvements, including AI, in the Directorate's data analyses;
- Generate and maintain the Directorate's reports and BI dashboards;
- Monitor the efficiency and productivity of product acquisition channels;
- Develop acquisition strategies and targets/budget by channel and product;
- Manage acquisition costs and channel performance results;
- Provide insights to the channel operations team to improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Experience building dashboards and modeling in Power BI;
- Experience manipulating and integrating large volumes of data using SQL;
- Experience with Python is desirable;
- Experience in data or information management;
- Experience with data analysis tools and performance indicators/KPIs;
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
