About the role

  • Work within the context of RGC email and relationship products, with an exclusive focus on Fleet Management (FM).
  • Work directly with internal clients, primarily managers and coordinators of the relationship teams.
  • Conduct scenario diagnostics, including:
  • o Interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • o Mapping the current operation.
  • o Identifying bottlenecks, opportunities and impacts on the customer.
  • Analyze key area indicators, including NPS and relationship metrics, assessing whether they are at optimal levels.
  • Play a leading role in transforming relationship products, structuring value propositions for a new operating model for the area.
  • Generate strategic insights from data to support business decisions and continuous improvement projects.
  • Exercise indirect leadership, working effectively across teams and influencing decisions without formal managerial authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues.
  • Experience with projects, transformation and process improvement.
  • Experience structuring analyses and value propositions in a clear, executive manner.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data to strategic decisions.
