About the role
- Work on developing the "Branch of the Future" model, focusing on more autonomous, digital and scalable operations.
- Actively participate in designing, testing and implementing new operational models in car rental branches.
- Run field pilots focused on more autonomous pickup and return experiences for customers.
- Build and test practical solutions (even simple ones), connecting tools, processes and technology to solve real operational problems.
- Reduce dependence on human intervention in operational processes.
- Increase productivity through simplification and automation of workflows.
- Rapidly test, prototype and iterate solutions with weekly learning cycles.
- Continuously benchmark external references, trends and solutions beyond the traditional environment.
- Source and engage with suppliers, startups and technology companies.
- Analyze operational data and convert information into practical insights for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed.
- Experience in process improvement, operations or transformation initiatives.
- Strong execution capability with a hands-on approach and results orientation.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and minimally structured environments.
- Innovative mindset with an emphasis on experimentation and continuous learning.
- Ability to simplify processes and design practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence operational teams.
- Ownership mentality, autonomy and ability to work at a fast pace.
- Ability to design and implement simple process automations (e.g., integrations, digital workflows, no-code/low-code tools).
- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., forms, chatbots, WhatsApp, automations).
- Interest in or experience with applied AI and emerging technologies.
- Advanced English for benchmarking and interaction with international vendors.
