About the role
- Prepare, review and analyze lease agreements and contractual amendments;
- Monitor contractual deadlines, renewal processes and compliance with obligations;
- Negotiate contractual terms with suppliers, clients and partners;
- Ensure formalization of contract terminations by negotiating and executing termination agreements;
- Perform and maintain records of contractual bases in SAP and other internal company systems, providing support and substantiation for internal stakeholders and generating reports for financial and compliance purposes;
- Draft protocols and oversee administrative defenses with property owners, safeguarding the company’s rights;
- Produce audit reports and cost analyses related to lease contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Solid experience in real estate law, with a focus on leases;
- Proficiency in the Brazilian Tenancy Law (Law 8.245/91) and applicable case law;
- Advanced communication skills and proven experience in contract negotiation;
- Specialization in Real Estate Law is a plus (completed or in progress).
