About the role

  • Work on projects within the CSC, mapping end-to-end processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Gather indicators, understand area targets, and analyze performance gaps.
  • Identify bottlenecks or manual and repetitive tasks that can be changed or automated.
  • Develop process diagnostics and monitor indicators.
  • Interact directly with CSC areas to collect information, understand the business, and validate solutions.
  • Work autonomously in leading projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in process analysis or automations.
  • Strong analytical profile with the ability to structure information, map processes, and analyze business indicators.
  • Curiosity, autonomy, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — cross-functional work with different areas of the CSC.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automations (Power Apps, Power Automate, Pipefy, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Python and AWS.
  • Experience with data tools (SQL, BI).
  • Experience with AI agents (Copilot Studio, GPT).
  • Experience with IPaaS solutions: Workato, n8n, custom connectors, APIs.
