About the role

  • Serve as a technical reference, supporting the definition of scalable, resilient, and sustainable architectures;
  • Assist with complex technical decisions, evaluating trade-offs among performance, cost, and scalability;
  • Take end-to-end ownership of critical, high-volume systems;
  • Provide technical support to other developers, promoting best practices and code quality;
  • Ensure continuous evolution of the architecture, observability, and reliability of systems;
  • Translate technical decisions into clear business impacts, supporting leadership and stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the definition of platform standards, guidelines, and technical direction.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in backend development with .NET and C#;
  • Strong background in distributed architectures, microservices, and high-criticality systems;
  • Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB);
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs and complex integrations;
  • Strong focus on automated testing and software quality;
  • Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architecture;
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and observability;
  • Regular use of AI tools in daily development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar);
  • Close collaboration with the business and participation in strategic technical decision-making.
