About the role

  • Manage bottom-of-funnel ad campaigns, directly impacting customer conversion across all our business units;
  • Create, operate and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, always with a focus on conversion;
  • Analyze data in depth to make fast, evidence-based decisions;
  • Develop and test creatives and innovative approaches in partnership with our in-house agency, always seeking maximum effectiveness;
  • Manage media budgets, controlling investments and optimizing ROI;
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and commercial teams to amplify our results;
  • Build relationships with major players in the ads market, bringing trends and opportunities in-house.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
  • Previous experience in performance marketing;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and paid media platforms;
  • Internal employees interested in transitioning careers and growing with the Performance team;
  • Analytical, curious and hands-on mindset;
  • Proactive in suggesting improvements, testing hypotheses and continually striving for the next level;
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
