About the role

  • Design, structure, and continuously improve processes with a focus on security, governance, and information organization.
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate data and metrics, turning numbers into strategic inputs for decision-making.
  • Propose, monitor, and evolve KPIs and process, risk, and initiative tracking models.
  • Act in a consultative and collaborative manner with teams, ensuring alignment, engagement, and clear positioning in different forums.
  • Develop strategic materials and presentations, such as executive reports, slide decks, and communications, translating technical topics into clear, business-oriented language.
  • Support governance, compliance, and information standardization initiatives, contributing to greater organization and process efficiency.
  • Serve as a point of support for organizing, communicating, and standardizing rules, policies, and guidelines related to security and governance.
  • Develop, review, and maintain information security standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor control and monitoring mechanisms, ensuring the protection of corporate data and processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, assessing impacts and proposing preventive and corrective actions.
  • Work on information security incident prevention and response.
  • Ensure compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable legislation.
  • Support audits, compliance assessments, and information security governance initiatives.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of a security culture by guiding users and internal areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree in the area or related courses (completed or in progress).
  • Strong analytical skills, with ease working with data, numbers, and processes.
  • Previous experience in designing, structuring, or improving processes, preferably in corporate environments.
  • Proactive, consultative, and articulate profile, with the confidence to take a position and interact with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, strategic messages.
