About the role
- Assist with the department's administrative processes, supporting customer service workflows and reporting across Localiza.
- Provide service through the 0800 (toll-free) channel via telephone and WhatsApp for truck fleet customers;
- Schedule maintenance with service providers;
- Respond to tow-truck service requests;
- Create incident/insurance claim reports;
- Assist with requests for customer documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control)
- Experience in maintenance would be an advantage.
