About the role
- Ensure centralization and quality of customer records, acting strategically in data governance.
- Perform analysis, cleansing and validation of registration data in high-volume databases.
- Design audits, monitoring and quality controls for registration data.
- Develop automation solutions and apply Artificial Intelligence for validation and updating of records.
- Monitor and proactively address NFSe issuance errors related to registration issues.
- Create fast action plans to correct inconsistencies that impact billing.
- Guide registration assistants and business areas on registration and tax-related matters.
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity and performance of registration processes.
Requirements
- Completed university degree.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Solid experience structuring, cross-referencing and validating data in large datasets.
- Experience integrating data from internal sources and official channels (e.g., Serasa, Serpro and government portals).
- Familiarity with cloud data environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Experience or interest in Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to data.
- Analytical, organized profile with systemic vision and ability to work in complex environments.
