About the role
- Collect and analyze data related to existing business processes, including performance data, metrics, and flowcharts.
- Monitor and maintain the area’s indicators, analyzing historical data to identify possible process deviations and additional improvement opportunities.
- Propose improvements and optimizations to operational and analytical processes with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and minimizing manual errors, while increasing accuracy in operations.
- Develop automations using tools such as Power Automate, Python, C#.NET, SAP Script, VBA macros, Pipefy, Power Apps, and other technology platforms.
- Interact with partner departments to gather requirements and understand processes.
Requirements
- Completed higher education; a degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is desirable.
