About the role

  • Think in systems, not just code — design scalable and resilient architectures before writing the first line, considering trade-offs between performance, cost, complexity and time-to-market;
  • Take end-to-end ownership — full responsibility from design to deployment, from monitoring to continuous evolution, ensuring systems are resilient and observable;
  • Implement technical solutions that meet requirements, following design patterns and development best practices;
  • Translate technical decisions for the business — clearly communicate architectural and technical impact to stakeholders, connecting technology with business vision;
  • Implement automated tests to ensure software quality;
  • Actively participate in the software delivery lifecycle and agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, dailies, refinements, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.);
  • Implement reusable components and UX/UI best practices;
  • Proactively identify problems, propose solutions and execute with autonomy, without waiting for orders;
  • Simplify processes and remove unnecessary complexity, always seeking to raise quality and avoid rework;
  • Actively participate in front-end architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Senior Frontend developer, working on medium to large web applications.
  • Proficiency in React, including creating projects from scratch, modular organization and a focus on performance.
  • Proven experience in frontend architecture and refactoring legacy code.
  • Experience building responsive web interfaces.
  • Experience with access control, authentication, roles and permissions in web applications;
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript;
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, complex integrations and state management;
  • Experience with automated builds (CI/CD) and Git;
  • Ability to operate with technical autonomy and serve as a reference within the team.
