About the role
- Collaborate with the development team to maintain, implement and test solutions that meet business requirements and follow development best practices, supporting less senior professionals.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues, conducting deep technical analyses related to incidents and improvements in sales tools and systems that support the customer journey.
- Develop modern, high-performance interfaces using React, with a focus on componentization, microfrontends and sound architectural practices.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies: dailies, refinement sessions, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Lead technical initiatives and contribute to building solutions from conception, serving as a technical reference for the team.
- Collaborate with product, business and architecture teams, ensuring alignment between technical deliveries and the strategic objectives of the sales journey.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to increase productivity, quality and standardization.
Requirements
- Experience in frontend development using React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS, including a deep understanding of core language features and DOM manipulation.
- Ability to solve complex problems, with strong analytical skills and critical judgment.
- Consistent application of coding best practices (clean code, testing, quality).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills — essential for interaction with the team, architecture and business areas.
- Experience in high-complexity or greenfield projects, with technical autonomy.
- Nice to have
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Kibana.
- Knowledge of SonarCloud for code quality analysis.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with microfrontends, advanced componentization and scalable architectures.
