About the role
- Define, improve and sustain return, replacement, sorting, movement, drivers and fleet-related operational procedures, ensuring efficiency, standardization and operational safety.
- Act as a technical reference (Level 2) for branches, supporting issue resolution, questions, instabilities and the evolution of operational models.
- Ensure structured communication with branches through Conectados, trainings, short knowledge sessions and official materials.
- Document, review and keep updated the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the processes under your responsibility.
- Evaluate and lead Kaizen initiatives, run pilot tests and decide on implementation and scaling.
- Serve as Business Advisor for the Yard Operations, Locamove, Yard Intelligence and Checkout 3.0 (Devolutchan!) squads.
- Analyze operational and fleet indicators, identifying bottlenecks, risks and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Structure sorting rules and standards to ensure higher efficiency.
- Define and evolve movement and driver workflows together with the Operational Controls and Locamove teams, monitoring and reporting branch adherence.
- Define and update workflows related to fleet, safety, inventory, Smart Agency and related controls.
- Conduct periodic audits of the fleet processes and controls under your responsibility.
- Evaluate and approve abbreviations for branch and parking area departments to ensure governance and standardization.
- Centralize technical knowledge about new vehicle models, defining and disseminating handling and usage procedures.
- Design, maintain and evolve inventory methods, rules and fleet parametrization indicators, ensuring accuracy, traceability and governance.
- Work with Technology and Operations on the systemic implementation of these rules, proposing adjustments to reduce unproductivity, increase availability and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Experience with operational processes, preferably involving fleet, movement, sorting, returns or logistics.
- Analytical capability to evaluate indicators, risks, unproductivity, inventory and fleet behavior.
- Experience with process standardization, governance and operational documentation.
- Experience leading Kaizens, pilot tests, implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to communicate clearly, in a structured and recurring way, with operational teams.
- Structured profile with strong problem-solving orientation, continuous improvement mindset and systemic vision.
- Experience with fleet systems and tools such as Smart Agency, Smart Queue and Locamove.
- Prior experience defining system rules and fleet parametrization.
- Knowledge of operational audits and inventory controls.
- Availability to travel.
