About the role
- Identify and propose improvements to the branches' results management process;
- Develop methodologies and tools for results analysis and data processing;
- Propose and review targets and challenges using an analytical approach;
- Prepare materials and participate in executive results-management meetings;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing large volumes of data;
- Experience with KPIs and dashboards;
- Experience delivering executive presentations;
