About the role
- Define, improve and sustain cleaning and inspection processes, ensuring standardization, efficiency and operational stability across branches.
- Act as a technical reference (N2) for branches, supporting issue resolution, clarifying doubts and driving continuous improvements.
- Conduct structured communication with units through Conectados, trainings, short learning capsules and support materials.
- Document, review and keep operational standards (POPs) and technical process materials up to date.
- Evaluate and lead Kaizen ideas, monitor pilots and define implementation and scaling of gains.
- Serve as a Business Advisor in the Yard Intelligence and Yard Operations squads.
- Support branch cleaning leaders in training and performance.
- Interface with Procurement, Occupational Safety, Attraction & Selection, Legalization, Engineering, Architecture, Legal and Operations on strategic topics.
- Monitor strategic indicators (productivity, cost, NPS, overprotection, availability and people-related indicators).
- Perform critical and comparative analyses of branch performance, including dispersion and cluster analyses, identifying bottlenecks, root causes and proposing structured action plans.
- Identify best practices and develop strategies to capture and scale operational gains.
- Analyze and model the costs of cleaning and inspection operations, focusing on people, outsourcing, productivity and cost per rental, supporting structural decisions of the operational model.
- Proactively seek, test and recommend new technologies, equipment and cleaning products, continuously challenging the current operational model.
- Lead tests and pilots, ensuring measurement of gains in productivity, cost and quality.
- Ensure governance and continuous updating of SOPs (POPs) and technical materials, aligned with operational reality and business developments.
- Work with suppliers to define standards, SLAs and service improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI for productivity, cost and operational performance analyses;
- Experience in managing and optimizing operational processes;
- Advanced analytical capacity for studies of productivity, costs, dispersion, clustering and operational variations;
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects, Kaizen and standardization;
- Knowledge in analyzing indicators and building action plans;
- Strong communication, training and cross-functional interface skills;
- Proactive, structured, data-driven and efficiency-oriented profile;
- Availability to travel.
