About the role

  • Manage the directorate's project portfolio, ensuring visibility, organized priorities, regular follow-up rituals, and progress of deliverables;
  • Identify problems and opportunities based on indicators (KPIs), structuring diagnoses and leading action plans focused on performance improvement;
  • Lead initiatives end-to-end: understand the problem → address the root cause → design actions → monitor execution → track the metric until the improvement stabilizes;
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA) and process management practices (e.g., BPM/process mapping) to optimize routines and results;
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Asset Journey (implementation/decommissioning) and Maintenance teams, connecting business needs to project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in project management and/or portfolio management, with hands-on involvement in governance rituals, monitoring, and execution of action plans;
  • Experience with continuous improvement and process management, applying methodologies such as PDCA and tools/practices like BPM/process mapping;
  • Strong structured problem-solving ability (diagnosis, root cause analysis, action planning and follow-up until results);
  • Experience managing and monitoring indicators (KPIs) and building data-driven actions;
  • Hands-on profile, proactive, with autonomy to drive topics from start to finish;
  • Good communication, ability to synthesize information and work with multiple areas and varying levels of stakeholders;
  • Support area governance (management routines, meetings, cascading of indicators and strategy), ensuring alignment and cadence of follow-up;
  • Structure and evolve data analyses and views to support decision-making and monitoring (e.g., reports, dashboards and insights);
  • Plus: knowledge of Power BI (and/or dashboard creation) to support the indicators routine and governance;
  • Preferred: basic knowledge of Agile methodologies to support the organization and execution of deliveries.
