About the role
- Lead the planning and execution of expansion projects;
- Manage the project budget and report variances;
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders;
- Develop and present status reports to leadership;
- Implement and optimize project management processes;
- Ensure delivery quality in accordance with the expansion playbook;
- Manage project changes without compromising objectives;
- Serve as an internal consultant for expansion-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in business expansion;
- Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Lean);
- Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP);
- Desirable skills in data analysis and tools such as Power BI and SQL.
