About the role

  • Analyze, structure and consolidate data related to business processes, operational metrics and quality indicators for the area.
  • Build, monitor and evolve KPIs, metrics and control dashboards, ensuring data consistency, reliability and executive-level readability.
  • Develop analytical reports and management presentations for strategic forums, executive committees and leadership, translating data into insights and recommendations.
  • Create, maintain and improve data and process automations to reduce manual tasks, operational risk and rework.
  • Develop and support dashboards and tracking panels to aid decision-making.
  • Propose and implement improvements to quality and governance processes with a focus on efficiency, standardization, scalability and intelligent use of data.
  • Perform testing, validation and documentation of automations, analyses and developed solutions, ensuring quality, security and governance standards.
  • Gather requirements from partner areas, understanding business needs and translating them into analytical and automated solutions.
  • Support leadership with critical analyses, exploratory studies and impact assessments, contributing to strategic decisions.
  • Contribute ideas and innovative solutions using automation concepts, advanced analytics and, where applicable, Artificial Intelligence, in partnership with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Technology, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Experience in data analysis, KPI development, dashboards and management reporting.
  • Experience with data modeling, complex automations or system integrations.
  • Advanced Power BI skills.
  • Experience in process and analysis automation with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with tools and languages such as Power Automate, Python, VBA, Power Apps, BI tools and other automation and data technologies.
  • Ability to organize, document and structure processes and analyses, ensuring governance and standardization.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with partner areas and presenting results to technical and executive audiences.
  • Analytical, organized profile with critical thinking and end-to-end process vision.
  • Experience in environments with quality, operations or customer service KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to data and automation.
