About the role

  • Structure, monitor and analyze commercial targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Participate in the creation and management of service/management contracts, ensuring clarity in the agreed indicators and targets;
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans and continuous improvements;
  • Support the modeling and management of variable compensation, ensuring adherence to internal policies and alignment with results;
  • Lead and support management meetings, contributing analyses, insights and strategic guidance;
  • Participate in the design and tracking of commercial campaigns, with a focus on engagement and results;
  • Develop and follow up on client visit plans, focusing on productivity, coverage and business opportunities;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong curiosity and aptitude for using Artificial Intelligence;
  • Experience managing performance indicators, targets and variable compensation;
  • Analytical ability and strategic mindset;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across different levels of the organization;
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus;
  • Ambitious profile with interest in growth and leadership development.
