About the role

  • Monitor and analyze fleet maintenance costs, ensuring financial visibility and control.
  • Monitor the Pit Stop operational routine, supporting the tracking of processes and operational workflows.
  • Act as a direct interface with the Operations & Partnerships team and the Pit Stop team, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
  • Control and analyze expenses for vehicles under maintenance, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assess discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs, supporting critical analyses and decision-making.
  • Track operational and financial indicators related to the Pit Stop.
  • Prepare management reports with an analytical and executive focus.
  • Prepare and present KPIs and results to the involved teams and leadership.

Requirements

  • Degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in cost management.
  • Experience monitoring and analyzing performance indicators.
  • Ability to structure and present information in an executive manner to support strategic decisions.
  • Excel and Power BI – intermediate level.
  • Experience in the automotive sector, preferably related to maintenance; SQL knowledge is a plus.
