About the role

  • Propose, develop and implement robust, scalable, high-performance end-to-end machine learning models;
  • Engage with business stakeholders to define solutions from a systemic, comprehensive perspective;
  • Conduct complex analyses to extract valuable insights and generate positive business impact;
  • Develop and implement monitoring and measurement solutions to track results;
  • Optimize large-scale data processing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy;
  • Support other data scientists, fostering a continuous learning environment;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate data solutions across different areas of the company;
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI, applying them to continuously improve existing processes and models.

Requirements

  • Proven experience extracting value through data, preferably within Data Science/Big Data domains;
  • Ability to evaluate the impact and return on investment of Machine Learning models;
  • Ability to present methodologies and results clearly and effectively to business stakeholders;
  • Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms;
  • Solid background in statistics;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Intermediate experience working in data science (Master’s or PhD will be considered);
  • Advanced, well-established knowledge of Python and SQL.
