About the role

  • Work in Digital Workplace Engineering, ensuring the standardization, evolution and reliability of the entire endpoint environment.
  • Administer and maintain:
  • - SCCM / MECM (Collections, Task Sequences, OSD, application and update deployment).
  • - Intune (compliance, device configuration, app deployment, Autopilot, policies).
  • - Microsoft Endpoint Manager integrated with Microsoft 365.
  • Lead initiatives to modernize the employee digital environment, including:
  • - Modern provisioning (Autopilot / Zero Touch).
  • - Standardization of builds, policies and configurations.
  • Apply and maintain Zero Trust practices, hardening, MFA and Conditional Access.
  • Monitor, diagnose and optimize the environment's performance.
  • Document standards, processes and the architecture of the Digital Workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Security, Networking, Service Desk and Field Service.
  • Propose continuous improvements and adopt market benchmarks to evolve the platform.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with:
  • - SCCM / MECM
  • - Microsoft Intune
  • - Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • - Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
  • Strong understanding of:
  • - Hardening, security policies and governance
  • - Autopilot, WUfB (Windows Update for Business), compliance configurations
  • - Advanced endpoint troubleshooting
  • Experience in large-scale corporate environments.
  • Preferred:
  • - Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, MS-102).
  • - Automation with PowerShell.
  • - Experience in Digital Workplace modernization projects.
