About the role
- Responsible for leading and coordinating all regularization processes for branches before the competent public authorities, ensuring the Company’s operations comply with applicable municipal, state and federal laws, including permits, licenses, authorizations and other permissions required for operation;
- Act strategically to mitigate risks and reduce occurrences of administrative litigation by monitoring notices received by branches, advising on measures to meet requirements and preventing the formation of regulatory liabilities;
- Coordinate the regularization of operations located in special areas, such as fuel stations and sites with specific technical requirements, ensuring documentary compliance and adherence to applicable legal and operational rules;
- Coordinate legalization processes for internal activities and services (such as maintenance, refueling, car wash, oil changes and other branch operations), ensuring compliance with applicable standards, liaising with competent authorities and conducting exemption, authorization or licensing processes when necessary;
- Provide direct support to Management by preparing executive reports, indicator dashboards, technical analyses and strategic documents that support decision-making, contributing to demand prioritization, risk assessment and definition of operational and strategic directions;
- Develop, guide and monitor the team, promoting technical training, appropriate distribution of tasks, performance monitoring, encouragement of continuous improvement and strengthening a culture of compliance and operational excellence within the team.
Requirements
- University degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Management or related fields.
- Prior experience with regularization of operational units, licensing, public authorities and interpretation of municipal, state and federal legislation.
- Knowledge of licensing processes (operational, sanitary, environmental, fire department, health surveillance, etc.).
- Ability to perform regulatory analysis, risk management and critical reading of legislation.
- Experience in managing or coordinating a team.
- Skill in preparing executive reports, technical analyses and performance indicators.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with government agencies and internal departments.
