About the role
- Analyze commercial indicators (sales, productivity, sales funnel, customer portfolio, churn, average ticket value, etc.)
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support management in decision-making
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency gains and accelerated results
- Support the definition and monitoring of targets and action plans
- Contribute analyses that guide the prioritization of customers, portfolio, and commercial team efforts
- Work in partnership with sales, operations, and leadership to continuously improve processes
- Support the commercial team with data, analyses, and practical recommendations that accelerate productivity, improve team performance, and sustain growth in results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (modeling, DAX, dashboard development)
- Strong knowledge of SQL for manipulating and integrating large datasets
- Experience with Python
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
