About the role

  • Ensure the standardization and operation of Pit Stops according to Localiza's processes and guidelines.
  • Monitor service and customer satisfaction indicators and drive continuous improvements.
  • Monitor and manage the fleet (deliveries, maintenance, returns, and availability).
  • Ensure targets for productivity, quality, and operational efficiency are met.
  • Analyze operational indicators daily and address deviations.
  • Maintain units' visual and marketing standards.
  • Develop and coach the team, strengthening a customer-service and high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) category B, with availability to drive and perform audits at Pit Stops.
  • Experience in process management.
  • Experience in customer service and monitoring operational indicators.
