About the role
- As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be the technical reference for building, evolving, and governing the web interfaces of a strategic corporate platform used by internal and external audiences, with high traffic and stringent security, reliability, and maintainability requirements.
- You will create a responsive web platform from Figma prototypes, ensuring architectural quality, predictable evolution, and a consistent user experience.
- As the squad's lead frontend professional, this role offers high technical autonomy and significant influence over product and interface architecture decisions.
- Build and evolve responsive web applications in Angular from Figma prototypes.
- Define and maintain the frontend architecture, establishing standards, best practices, and code organization.
- Work on an external-facing platform, considering security, governance, and maintainability requirements.
- Implement and enhance access control mechanisms, roles, and permissions to ensure proper management of user profiles and responsibilities.
- Drive structural refactorings and, when necessary, complete rearchitecture of existing frontend applications.
- Support the decommissioning of a mobile application by replacing it with a microfrontend that can be embedded in other applications.
- Provide targeted support for an Android app (Kotlin), assisting with fixes and ensuring stability during the transition.
- Collaborate with backend, product, and stakeholders to define solutions that balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business rules.
- Act as the frontend technical reference, supporting the team’s strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Frontend Developer working on medium to large web applications.
- Proficiency in Angular, including creating projects from scratch, modular organization, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience in frontend architecture and refactoring of legacy code.
- Experience building responsive web interfaces.
- Experience with access control, authentication, roles, and permissioning in web applications.
- Ability to work with technical autonomy and serve as a reference within the team.
- DESIRABLE: Experience with microfrontends or distributed frontend architectures.
- Knowledge of web application security.
- Experience in Android development (Kotlin) for support and maintenance activities.
- Experience with products that have external users and complex business rules.
