About the role

  • Take a leading role in structuring the Digital S&OP—integrating planning and execution data—with cross-functional engagement across strategic areas of the Localiza Platform, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring planning and execution are aligned with company objectives.
  • Map and redesign critical processes through data analysis, proposing improvements focused on automation, fleet efficiency, and renewal of Localiza assets.
  • Perform data analyses, connecting technical/analytical expertise with business knowledge to generate fast, accurate decision-making insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards with strategic S&OP KPIs, translating data into persuasive arguments to support optimized decisions.
  • Work in a dynamic environment, adapting to possible changes in scope and context, and collaborating with different business units (LABS/technology, sales, rental, operations, among others).
  • Deliver high-impact projects with frequent exposure to senior leadership, gaining a deep understanding of L&CO’s business as a whole, identifying and testing hypotheses to improve the S&OP planning process and maximize its profitability (ROIC).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional areas, influencing changes in processes, interdepartmental relationships, agenda prioritization, and decision-making structures.
  • Learn from highly qualified leadership through on-the-job training, with a high level of responsibility and regular interaction with Localiza senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and GCP/AWS.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience handling large volumes of data.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with an owner’s mindset and results orientation.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in strategic planning processes; S&OP/IBP experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI is a plus.
