About the role
- Work consultatively with agencies and internal teams to ensure standardization and improvements across customer experience touchpoints (Car Rental Agencies, Pre-owned Vehicles, Pit Stops);
- Technically evaluate deliverables from the architecture office and prepare detailed briefings;
- Develop and implement improvements to physical environments, ensuring innovation and customer delight;
- Monitor initiative results and propose adjustments for continuous evolution.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture required;
- Experience in interior design and point-of-sale development;
- Experience with store networks, retail, or standardized commercial environments;
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and an innovative profile;
- Experience with sales booths/exhibition stands or commercial fit-out/visual merchandising projects;
- Experience working with large retail chains (supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers).
